I have performed some google searches but they returned so many information
I am not sure where to begin.
In a nutshell: I have a customer where one lawyer's calendar is accessed by
5 collaborators (they add appointments). The environment is SBS 2003,

I've searched these message boards as well as elsewhere on google to no
avail. Here's my situation:
We have a new exchange server (implemented through Small Business
Server 2003) with ~10 users running Outlook 2003 on XP Pro machines

Everything is working fine EXCEPT people can double book the calendars
Automatically Decline Conflicting Meeting Requests is enabled
still people can double book , any ideas

When I use calendar and create anew item and try to save, I get "application
defined error", and then EQOLCAL.
How to fix??

Is it possible to export an Outlook Calendar, in the 31 day format, to a
Calendar created using the Word calendar template?  If so, how would one do
this?

when backing up the pst file of outlook 2003, does this also backup the
calendar, if it does not then how do i do this.
Also when i used outlook express it used to automatically add all reply
addresses to my address book, can this be done in outlook 2003

I have a shared outlook calendar that contains a modified appointment
item form. The form contains an excel control and a few other controls
along with some vbscript to handle certain functions on the form. The
problem I am having is that this calendar is being used by multiple

How do I change the default duration for appointments in Outlook?  The
default is 30 minutes.  Most of my meetings are scheduled for an hour.  
Rather than inputting the end time for each appointlment, I'd like to have it
default to one hour in length for every meeting.

Starting January 1 2006, Holidays have not shown up in my calender.  They are
still there from last year.  I have gone to
tools/Options/Preferences/Calender Options/Add holidays.  Ive done this now
twice and 2005 now has holidays in triplicate but none load for 2006.  What

I'm using Outlook 2003.  When I either double click in the calendar field or
right click and select "new appointment" nothing happens.  I am unable to
enter an appointment or any other function on the menu.  What is the problem?

I created an additional calendar-how do I auto-add holidays? The regular
Tools/Options/Calendar Options appears to work only for the default calendar.
