Is it possible to include a symbol in the calendar view when the Notes field for that appointment has data. A similar symbol would also be useful for Tasks which have data in their Notes field.

After being given permissions to my manager's calendar it automatically popped up under 'my calendars' as and easy way to access quickly. I inadvertently deleted it and have tried everything to put it back without any luck. Can anyone help?
