I work for a small company; we develop data and file management solutions across both Win and Mac platforms. We want to share/view our Calendars amongst ourselves, however some of us use Entourage and some use Outlook. Is there a way to share calendars across both programs?

There is a calendar shared out to me and I have Editor permission. I get an ambiguous error message "messaging interface has returned unknown error, restart Microsoft Outlook" which I have done. I can print my own calendar

we are trying to create one calendar, but display appointments as either "internal" or "external". Can we use a category name on each appointment, then print only a Calendar with the internal appointments, or only the external appointments displayed?

I need to know how to find and clean our large attachements that are within an outlook meeting request. ie, a meeting request from Jan. 15th 06 with an 8mb attachement, how do I find this whitout having to open all my meeting requests to clean it out?

I've been looking at the answers to how to switch off the default reminder but this doesn't seem to apply to 97 version. There isn't a check box in Tools Options, only a selection of times. I can turn off the display in Tools Reminders but this doesn't turn off the default ...

Is it possilble to export / publish events from the calender in Outlook, based on what label is assigned to the event (i.e. Important, Vacation etc...) So if I wanted to create, say, a list of dates that have the vacation lable on them, is it possible to do this?
