How do you get Outlook to warn you about scheduling appointments that overlap when not using the Meeting Request? In previous versions Outlook would warn you if you manually book appointments that overlap or are next to each other.

I have created a calender in my outlook with appointments, birthdays, etc. There are 4 of us in the office, is there a way I can share just my birthday calender with them, so they are aware from there outlook when it is someones birthday?

I schedule meetings for many staff, but when I do, the meetings also appear on my calendar. They shouldn't, as I'm not attending. Whenever I try to remove my name from the attendee list, it puts me back on.

Outlook should have a 7 day view that looks the same as the 5 day work week. It would make it easier to manage the weekends since there are people who work on the weekends and plan other necessities. ----------------
