I want to print out my calendar in the month format. But I want it to show
everything in each day. Does anyone know how to do this? I have the
professional edition 2003. Thanks!
Timetabing in Outlook.11 Feb 2006 07:01 GMT2
As a student who uses Outlook to keep myself organised, it would be convient
if Outlook came with a student timetable and tasks manager - even just for
the academic editions of the software. Essentially, I'd like to have a less
clumsy way of managing a very repetive two-week ...

or yearly calender complete with week numbers on the side throughout the

Calendar conflicts11 Feb 2006 02:54 GMT5
How do you get Outlook to warn you about scheduling appointments that overlap
when not using the Meeting Request?  In previous versions Outlook would warn
you if you manually book appointments that overlap or are next to each other.
Daily Style11 Feb 2006 02:49 GMT3
I would like to adjust the margins/layout of the daily style in Outlook 2003,
so that I can expand the width of the Task pad.
Appointments, Rules & Calendars11 Feb 2006 00:28 GMT6
I've been having a problem with disappearing appointments.  I would get the
appointment in a message, accept it, but it would not show up on my calendar.
After pouring through the messages in this group, I realized that the
messages were going to folders in my PST file, based on ...

removed from the Calendar. Is this possible?
Customize Outlook to Create Appointment Calendar and Homework Plan10 Feb 2006 21:12 GMT1
I am a full-time student (of the "non-traditional" sort -- meaning I'm over
40).  Trying to manage different calendars is too time-consuming and prone to
errors (easy to forget to post things on all calendars). Therefore, I need a
calendar/planner that shows appointments and ...
How Do I Set Free/Busy to show "no information" cross hatches?10 Feb 2006 21:02 GMT1
I would like to know if there is a way to suppress or prevent Free/Busy
information from showing.  I've gone through the procedure below, but all
that does is display free/busy as "blank".
I am wondering if there is a way to configure Outlook 2003 (SP2) Or Exchange
Sharing birthday calender?10 Feb 2006 20:59 GMT1
I have created a calender in my outlook with appointments, birthdays, etc.
There are 4 of us in the office, is there a way I can share just my birthday
calender with them, so they are aware from there outlook when it is someones

Can I organize meetings without it showing on my calendar?10 Feb 2006 20:56 GMT1
I schedule meetings for many staff, but when I do, the meetings also appear
on my calendar. They shouldn't, as I'm not attending. Whenever I try to
remove my name from the attendee list, it puts me back on.
Oulook should have a 7 day view that looks the same as the 5 day10 Feb 2006 20:38 GMT4
Outlook should have a 7 day view that looks the same as the 5 day work week.
It would make it easier to manage the weekends since there are people who
work on the weekends and plan other necessities.

I would like to see Outlook with better support for exporting and/or
publishing to iCalendar files. Currently I am only able to save one
appointment to an iCalendar files, though I would be interested in being able
to export all entries of a given label (one or more) to an ...
Calendar Headings Change10 Feb 2006 17:42 GMT3
Sometimes when a person opens multiple users Calendars in Outlook 2003,
i.e., “File|Open|Other Users Folder|Calendar”, the persons name will ideally
show up in the title bar for each calendar but more often it appears simply
as "Calendar". I've heard from end users that this is ...
