Why is it I can open appointments in a shared calendar on one computer but
not another?

I have created a calendar with appointments, birthdays, etc. Is there a way I
can share just the birthdays with the other 4 people in the office through
their outlook? So it would automatically remind them of someones birthday?

I like to se my Inbox and Calander at the same time, much like the reading
pane in the Inbox.  Is there a way to do this?

Looking for a way to remove mass numbers of old appointments from a user's
calendar.  Her calendar current takes up 15MB of the allotted 75Mb.  We can
export her Calendar out, but that would require her to reset all of her
current and upcoming appointments.

Hi, I have read-only access to my boss' calendar.  I can read the calendar
fine, but get this error when trying to print:

When we had Outlook 2002, I could create a metting, set availability to "out
of office" and this we activate the "out of office" auto reply when i
receive mails.

I have a user that everytime she trys to create a meeting request, outlook
locks up.  She gets no message or error.  Please point me in the direction of

In Outlook 2003, I have a few dozen appointments that I want to copy
and paste from one week to the next. The pain in the a$$ way is to
ctrl-left click all of them from one week, then drag/copy them to the
next. Is there an easier way to do this?

As a volunteer I use my Outlook 2000 to track room usage for my local
