Outlook 2003 Exchange 2003 I have a customer whose meeting notices no longer show up in her calendar as tentative when she receives them. She has to accept or tentatively accept the meeting in order for it to show up in her calendar.

My company uses Outlook as our main organizational calendar. We often have more than six events happening at one time. However, the calendar will only display six events across the screen in the Day view. Is there a way to make it show more?

I sometimes decline meetings which I would still like to show in my calendar in case my movements change or just as a reminder that the meeting is taking place. Does anybody have any ideas how to do this? I use Outlook 2003.
