I use OL 2002 (Office XP) I used to be able to invite attendees to an
appointment by email and when they receive it, it's just a email meesage and
doesn't ask for a response. Example, I would have a doctor's appointment on
my calendar and send an invitation to my wife by email ...

I have a customer whose meeting notices no longer show up in her calendar as
tentative when she receives them. She has to accept or tentatively accept the
meeting in order for it to show up in her calendar.

come in an e-mail format and is just mumble jumble text rather than the
normal window that includes the accept and decline buttons. Though when i

I sometimes decline meetings which I would still like to show in my calendar
in case my movements change or just as a reminder that the meeting is taking
place. Does anybody have any ideas how to do this? I use Outlook 2003.
