IS IT POSSIBLE TO SEE THE CONTACT NAME BESIDE THE APPOINTMENT SUBJECT ON THE
CALENDAR ?  

It would be helpful when I'm scrolling through large swaths of calendar to

I think the file that stores reminders for the calendar are damaged.  Got an
error message that windows couldn't open a file on startup of Outlook 2000.

I can access other members' calenders and contacts, but cannot share my own,

we work on outlook 2003, in an Exchange2003 environment.
Our secretarys have multiple calendars, mostly from members of the
managementteam.
We run into the next problems with the calendar view:

Can't see any birthday in contact calander

What is the best way to email multiple appointments in a Calendar to a
non-Outlook user? Preferably, a table or list format.

YOUR goal is to have all calendar information in only one calendar, but THE
CUSTOMER goal is to have the alarm enable feature in any calendar.  Otherwise
WHY the Alarm option when you have another calendar?  THINK Customer first.
