Hi there. When my husband emails me his travel itinerary on travel software, it automatically adds HIS travel to MY outlook calendar. Is there a way to shut this off, so his travel plans don't show up on my calendar? Somehow Outlook

I track my daily functions on my calender. I do not want most of these functions to have a reminder. How can i turn the automatic reminder off so that i can set a reminder when i want and not for every entry?

We recently installed Exchange on our server for calendar and resource sharing. One of the users has almost a years worth of entries in her PST calendar. Is there a way of moving these to her exchange calendar without moving them one at a time (ugh)?

Everyone at work shares calendars. I designed a form (template) for the office to use, but I can't create appointments using the form on other people's calendars from my computer. How do I make it so that the form applies to whomever I want to create an appointment?

We are using Outlook 2003 with Exchange Server 2003 and have a user with a recurring appointment on his calendar that will not go away. If you double click it, you get "Can't open this item." If I view the calendar by category or some other list-type view, I can't delete it ...

We have a problem with using 2 agendas for 1 user. This is the situation : we have the main agenda in Outlook, wich we share, so other people also can view the public agenda of each person and can add new appointments etc.

Currently 6 people use the old CorpCal.exe to add/edit items and we have an ASP page that displays the information from a MDB. There are 3472 items in the MDB. Can I just import the items?
