Using Outlook 2003.  Would like to be able to move calendar Appointments to a
"Completed" folder after it has taken place.  When I try, I get a screen that
looks like I am trying to create a new e-mail.  I just want my past
appointments to show up in a dated list.

Is there a way to find and count all meetings of a specific type (by
label, say, or category) for a given time period? I can see how to find
all the meetings using advanced find, but is there an automatic count

I cannot view the details of someone else's calendar when trying to schedule
a meeting.  I've checked with others on our network and we have all the
default checked to "Show Calendar Details in Grid".  Any ideas?  Thanks -

My meeting subjects can be viewed by all in the company.  Is there a way to
hide the subject and only let them see the time as blocked?
