I am one of two people to calendar for a group of executives an I want to make sure that an appointment or reucurring appt does not get deleted. Is there any way to lock for password protect an appt/meeting?

Our receptionist creates a daily schedule from Outlook Today. When we have 100 appointments it displays only the first 47. Can I change this value or is there a better way to accomplish this?
