I have copied the calendar for other names and I am trying to set up reminders, but it states the following: The reminder for this "person" will not appear because the item is not in your Calendar or Tasks folder.

User picks a appointment date in the future. The start time always is set to the current date and time. I assume there is some default setting as to date date and time as well as direction.
