I can't find a recurring appointment, unless I go into a different view. Why isn't it showing up where it was? There is now a blue line in it's place.

I am looking how to extend a reminder from a secondary calendar and have it in reminders but not in my main calendar, in the past I have invited myself and then added the event to my main calendar, I only want it in my reminders, not my main calendar. Setting? Possible?

My calendar will not let me set appointments. If I click and type directly into the calendar then I get an error message saying that it cannot save. I tried clicking on file & going to new but appointments is grayed out!! What is going on?!

When we have mandatory training or other big meetings there is no room large enough to hold all of the people. The meeting then gets repeated, and groups of people are assigned a time/place. These never get sent a meeting notices, as they are too hard to setup in Outlook.
