Appointments show up TODAY, no matter what date they are set for10 Mar 2006 18:32 GMT1
I have a bizzarre problem... I recently rebuilt my workstation because I
thought it was the result of a virus or somehting...
When I create an appointment, and it doesn't matter which method I use, and
save it, It shows up TODAY, and at whatever time i CREATED the appointment,

I know I can send email at a later date and time than when it was composed,
through the options in a new email.
My question is, is there any way to schedule email as a task? Here's some

When scheduling a meeting, I would like to assign a color (red = cannot move,
yellow = difficult, but possible to move, green = easy to move).  Outlook
would then need to display these colors when inviting several people to a
meeting & then selecting the "scheduling tab" to view ...

Whenever a particular user receives meeting requests, the appointment is
created in his calendar with no reminder set.
His default is set to reminder 15 mins, and the meeting requests were sent

I would like to set reminders for tasks that I deligate to other users, but

Hi,
First of all, our office does not have Exchange.  I outsource email to an
ISP with POP3.  I have an Executive Director that wants to "share" the
calendar he already has within his Outlook.  I don't think it can be shared
