I have a user who had 40+ calendars listed in the "Other Calendars" section of the navigation pane. These just disappeared one day. Is there a limit on the number of calendars? Is this a profile or .ost corruption? Where are those stored? Is there a way to restore?

I travel frequently and set my flights as appointments in my calendar. However, the starting times and ending times are in different time zones. Is there a way to do this in outlook?

How can you have multiple reminders for a single event? I want to be able to enter an event date several months in the future, and have multiple reminder dates before hand, say -30 days, - 14 days, -7 days, etc.

How do you add symbols to words such as the accent above letters (in outlook 2003). I know Alt gr and the letter puts an accent in but what about the other symbols (such as the two dots above a letter)? Any help greatly appreciated
