I have a user who had 40+ calendars listed in the "Other Calendars" section
of the navigation pane.  These just disappeared one day.  Is there a limit on
the number of calendars?  Is this a profile or .ost corruption?  Where are
those stored?  Is there a way to restore?

I travel frequently and set my flights as appointments in my calendar.  
However, the starting times and ending times are in different time zones.  Is
there a way to do this in outlook?

Our office is frantically trying to educate ourselves in using a shared

In my folder pane, it shows a number in blue next to the calendar just like

How can you have multiple reminders for a single event?
I want to be able to enter an event date several months in the future, and
have multiple reminder dates before hand, say -30 days, - 14 days, -7 days,

How do you add symbols to words such as the accent above letters (in outlook
2003). I know Alt gr and the letter puts an accent in but what about the
other symbols (such as the two dots above a letter)?

we are having issues with our management scheduling time off at the same time.
what do people use to keep schedules from overlaping and finding out at the

Person B and Person C.
-Person B accepted the meeting, Person C rejected. Responses sent.
-Person A modifies details in the meeting such as the start time of meeting.

My calendar is completely blank prior to Jan 14 2006, except for recurring
dates (birthdays, holidays, etc.)
