I schedule recurring meetings one full year in advance - There are times when I know the meetings are not going to happen - holidays, vacations, out of town travel, etc. I should be able to bypass those dates without having to send more than one meeting/appointment.

Is it possible to assign emails sent or received to a calendar date? For example, if I send out a meeting announcement in March for a meeting that will be in June, as people respond whether or not they're coming, I would like to attach the email to the date of the meeting so ...

I'm using outlook 2003. I set reminders on the calander. Today is tuesday at 11:00 am. My wednesday appointment shows as 'due in one day'. The problems is that my thursday appointment also shows as 'due in one day'. Any ideas on how to fix this?
