My wife has a business and just hired an assistant. I want to set up the computer where both my wife and the assistant can access the calendar from their respective distant locations. The calendar is MS Office Outlook. They both need to have access to the calendar.

I wasnt sure if I should post this here or in an Exchange forum. I am trying to setup resources so that user's can schedule them. After I create the mailboxes I tried to schedule a resource. I go into "Plan a Meeting" and add a resource from the address book.

It would be more convienant if I were able to view the next five days of my calendar, not five working days, because on a Friday for example I can only see the four days that are already over. Similar to the way the personal folder displays the calendar.
