I need to change the calendar from showing time to periods, like in
school.... period 1 is fron 8:00 to 8:45, period 2 is from 8:50 to
9:30, etc.
Any ideas?

Using Outlook 2000 in a Corporate enviornment and our Mail boxes are limited
to 40meg on the exchange server.  This is only a problem as our calendars now
about 30 meg and archiving seems to work but doesn't seem to reduce the size
of the calendar.  What are we doing wrong..?

We are using Office 2003 and Office 2000 within the company. I've tested out
viewing other people's calendars and making changes to them but I'm not
listed in the permissions. How can that be and is there a way to change that?
