Although I have set up reminders to appear under Tools>Options>Other>Advanced Options>Reminder Options, they are not appearing either on start up of Outlook or when new appointments etc. become due! This is a new issue as this function was working perfectly until two days ago.

I created a new calendar in my outlook folder and want my appointments to be automatically entered into that folder. Currently by defaut, they are entered into my old calendar which incidently I cannot delete.

When I type a new appointment into my calander, Outlook puts a tick in the reminder box by default. How do I change the default to not put a tick in the box unless I want it?

I am not sure there is a pretty way to do this, but....? I have a few calendars in my Public Folders. I would like to view them side-by-side. The only way I have been able to do this is right-click drag Calendar 1 to the Windows Task Bar. Then in Outlook view Calendar 2, then

I would like to synchronise my outlook calendar with one of my client's outlook calendar so that I can manage her diary for her. Is there a way of doing this in Outlook? I am using Outlook 2003 on Windows XP. Many thanks

How do I undelete, deleted appointment occurrence(s) deleted within an appointment series?? If I delete the whole series it shows up in my deleted folder - so no problem.

Is there a function I can set up to prevent others from putting meetings on my calendar. Sometimes I only want a particular meeting to be on my calendar and not have that time interrupted. Can I set up times that cannot be disturbed by others.

Am using Outlook 2002 and having problems with meeting invitations... It seems that Outlook isn't recognising them as invitations and so they appear just as regular emails with none of the buttons or formatting that invitations should have.

We have several conference rooms that are setup as users with their own calendars. I have created a group view where I can view all of them easily in Outlook. Is there a way to create a web based view of this. We are using Outlook 2003 with pst files.

Is there any way i can get the list of delegates from Exchange. know i can use Publicdelegate attribute from AD, but i am looking for Delegate list from user outlook. some how the delegate on the server and on the local client doesn;t sync all the time.
