I do HR for 4 companies. Each company has a color code for all paperwork.  Is
there a way to permanently assign a company color to each of the 4 calendars
so it will come up the same color every time? The calendars appear to change

When I click New Appointmnet the info screen does not appear? What setting
have a inadvertantly clicked?

I have a fully functioning MS Outlook installation except when I open my
calendar the egg timer appears and the calendar does not open.
I have checked the system date time and location, the IE defaults and other
basic checks.  I have even uninstalled Office and reinstalled it.

The event is in Chicago, clearly the Central time zone, we are trying to use
outlook to schedule meetings and the participants are in multiple time zones.
Is there a way to keep outllok from changing the timezones for the
participants?

When a meeting is scheduled, it normally arrives in a text form that doesn't

I'm being asked by users how they can schedule a repeating meeting,
customized to fit available calendars. For example, a weekly meeting which

I have a set of calendars within a public folder which people add
entries into.  These entries can sometimes conflict.  Is there a way
of telling O2k3 that they should not conflict with each other - if
someone has booked first then tuff titty?

I control the company calander in Outlook 2003. On my computer the
calander looks fine. All entries are all day events over one day. When
others in the company look at the calander all entries go over a two day
period and the dates have changed from one day to two days.
