I have a customer who receives an "information message" indicating that meetings sent from a calendar that she has access to will not be tallied. I have done several internet and knowledge base searches and have not found anything remotely useful.

I am using Exchange 2003 SP2 (on SBS 2003), Outlook 2003 SP2 and Windows XP SP2. Applications and OS are fully patched. One of my users has a problem when creating an appointment in another user calendar:

How do I have my Outlook monthly calendar open with the current week on the top line. In other words - I want the calendar to open so I see this week and the next 4 - not any weeks that have passed.

I use Outlook 2003 on this PC as a Calendar only. I have Outlook 2003 installed on a Laptop PC and I've already copied the data.pst file to the Laptop to have it have the same appointments, etc. as this one. I set Outlook on this PC to look a certain way, forgot how I did it, but ...

I have a person who has uses Outlook 2000. When they click on calender in outlook the calender opens and bar at the top displays the date. Mine says "Monday, April 10"

I have an extra calendar folder, that, I believe is a remnant from a VPN that I was connected to, Many of my appointments go to that calendar, while I synchronize to the calendar in my personal folder. Oultook will not let me delete this calendar.

We had an individual in our organization that used to handle conference room scheduling. The user has since been moved to another position, and thus their permissions to schedule appointments for those resources were taken away. However, they are still able to schedule appointments

My calendar keeps opening up with a "recurrence" page of items listed throughout my calendar. I just want it to open up to my normal/default calendar, but I don't know how I've turned this on, or how to turn in off. Any ideas? Thanks in advance

It is REALLY frustrating that Outlook will only allow recurring meetings to be scheduled in fixed sequence patterns like every day, week month. The most flexibility provided is the same day(s) of the week, on a weekly, or monthly sequence. Why can't we just have the ability to ...
