Your "Label" options are limited to 10 plus "None".  It would be more helpful

-- irrespective of what the "label" depicts; i.e., I use yellow to highlight
all speaking engagements; red for all ...

Deleting calendar items should ask "all past and future items"?04 Apr 2006 03:52 GMT2
I was disappointed to find that all my previously scheduled appointments were
also deleted when I deleted all future occurences of an appointment. I only

I have appointments on every odd Wednesday each month. i,e, the first, third

Outlook allows me to schedule reminders for days in the first, second,
