Can a reminder be set to remind every day for two weeks prior t a birthday?

Like several other users I am unable to save appointments in my Outlook
calendar (I cannot edit or delete either).  We are running Outlook 2003

Does anyone know if it is possible to force the sharing of calendars?
I would like all our users to share calendars but it is difficult to get
them to do it.  So I would like to force it to happen, so I know that they

I've just noticed that my  country Annual Holidays only goes up to 2005. How
do I increase the years?

How can I create a default that will add all of the holidays (already
