I'm currently having a trouble between two computers at the moment, one uses
Office XP Pro, the other, Office 2000. Whenever the user with Office XP sends
a Calendar meeting invitation using Outlook, to the user with Outlook 2000,
the message comes out as Plain Text, instead of ...

We are using Outlook 2003 under an Exchange 2003 environment.

allow invitee to establish "show time as" feature31 May 2006 15:58 GMT1
I do not want to have every invitation that I accept to show my time as
"busy" or "out of office".  I would prefer to be able to establish my "show
time as" feature independently with each invite, at the time I accept the
invitation, without having to go to my calendar, find the ...
Help change set up calendar Sunday to Saturday31 May 2006 15:34 GMT1

How do I get this week to open at the TOP of the screen?31 May 2006 14:19 GMT6
When I open OUTLOOK in the month calendar mode, it always defaults to a

have the OUTLOOK open with today's date (and week) at the TOP of the screen.
How can I do this as a default.?
Outlook appointments should have a details tab like tasks31 May 2006 14:10 GMT2
In Outlook tasks I can enter hours spent and mileage. However tasks dont show
up in the calendar. I need my appointments to have the same details tab, so I
can enter hours spent, invoicing, mileage etc. Ideally Outlook would then
tabulate all these things over a calendar year or ...
Define dates and times that appointments can be scheduled31 May 2006 12:22 GMT1
I would like to set up Outlook 2003 so that when others are scheduling
a meeting, they only see certain times that I am available.  For
example, I may not have appointments scheduled all day, but I may need
the hours leading up to an appointment for preperation.  In this case,
my calendar is showing the wrong date.31 May 2006 09:15 GMT1
My calendar is showing Wed the 31st instead of Tues the 30th?  what is wrong?
How do I clone an appointment?31 May 2006 08:19 GMT3
I want to clone an appointment to another date without having to enter all
the info again.  There's probably a very easy way that I'm overlooking, but
I'm not finding it.  Anyone know how to do this.  TIA
Appointment's Not Working31 May 2006 02:09 GMT1
When I enter an appointment for just one day and I click on "save and close",
it ends up recurring everyday for an infinite number of days even thought the
start time and end time is for one day.  Then, when I exit the program and
start it up again, the appointment is gone.  I ...
selecting whole time period for Outlook calendar30 May 2006 23:15 GMT2
it seems with Outlook 2007 the ability to select more than a half hour block
of time has been lost. You used to be able to highlight a time period greater
than a half hour block of time, right click and chose what type of
appointment you wanted...now when you right click it just ...
Outlook should not show task reminders as overdue until they are.30 May 2006 22:44 GMT4
First, I should be able to set a task with a particular time due, not just
date due.
Second, a task reminder should not show as overdue until it is past the due
time/date.  Task reminders should function more like appointment reminders.
