When I schedule a meeting and invite my boss it shows the correct time on my calendar but on his it appears as exactly one hour earlier. When I go back to my calendar it is still there at the correct time but when he is looking at it at the same time I am looking at mine there ...

Currently to book a meeting room we have to do a usual meeting invite and invite the actual meeting rooms to book it. I cannot view the meeting room to see if it has been booked though. I have worked with outlook before where on your toolbar along with inbox etc

Sometimes I have an appointment where I know the day it will be but we have not set a time. I'd just like to have it appear on that day without blocking out the whole day. Maybe with a question mark where the time would usually go....

Hello, I have a user that created a calendar event for the entire year and now when she tries to change the time or date it has an error message stating "object can not be found". This started happening a few weeks ago. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

When we send appointments to shared calendars they show up for some reason as either "tentative" or "busy". Is there a way is outlook 2003 sp2, to set a default to "tentative"? Thanks.

Calendar reminders pop up underneath my working application window, so that they are not visible, and because taskbar buttons are now "grouped", I can't see it there, either. Is there some way to make them always appear on top?

this is a suggestion for: WHEN OPENING a new appointment on the current day to install the current time in the "Begin time" box. Also suggest an OPTION to select the current time in the "end time" box. ----------------

Whenever I travel and change the timezone on my handheld or laptop, all my meeting times/appointments in Outlook are automatically moved. E.g. When I move from London to Toronto, an 8am appointment in London becomes a 3am appointment when I change the timezone on my laptop or ...

When I click on my Calendar in Outlook 2003, all I get is a grid-style list of calendar items. It is perhaps decent enough that they can be sorted in date order, but I hardly know how to get by without my week and month views. Can anyone describe how to do this?

When we are viewing vacation schedules entered into the outlook calendar, the schedules change from one person to the next. Sometimes an event that's entered as an all day event on Friday, spans into Saturday
