Hi, I am using the 1 day events view and I understand from a manual
that I am reading that, I should be able to display all day event
buttons , as grey buttons at the top of the 1-day calendar field and
specific events displayed throughout the day on a white background

Using the Rules Wizard is it possible to create a rule to run on items from
the calendar folder?
I would like to automatically forward meeting events from one users calendar
to another.

I am trying to view my second calendar at the same time, but cannot work out

When I delete a recurring appointment from my calendar (MS Outlook 2003), it
deletes all of the past occurances as well as the future ones. I would like
to have the option of retaining the past appointments as a record of my time
spent. Is there a way to set this option?

I'd like to see the date numbers in the little calendars that appear in the
Calendar section of Outlook show up as bold (as if there is an appointment
scheduled for that day.  Right now holidays don't show up as "bold".  If it's
not bold it's easy to overlook or forget that a ...

When I print preview any calendar type/page layout, I see two month headings
at the top left corner like this:

Like the Inbox which has a number in parenthesis which indicates unread
messages, the Calendar has a number also in parenthesis which indicates
calendar items added to your calendar which have not been
opened/closed.  You can right-click on Calendar and choose "Mark All As

My calendar shows all my events and holidays on everyday of the week even
though they are tagged with a start & end date.  How can I make them show up
only on the day they are supposed to be on?

Any time I add a Calendar entry through the client, it does not show on my
mobile device after I sync with the exchange server.  The syncronization sees
the new item and seems to be syncing but cannot see any recurrring items or
any new items in my mobile calendar now.  Really ...

We have 2 PCs and 1 lap and we are not on server but have shared drive and
would like calendars (or at least one calendar) available on shared drive for
all 3 users to see.  Is this possible?

I have five calendars from Other calendars checked to display.  When I switch
over to the inbox and come back to calendars, I have to check them all off
again.  How do I change the default to always open these calendars?

I would like to print a day of my calendar that includes all of that days
events and at least the subject and the categories I have assigned to each
event.  I went throug the help menu, but couldn't find anything on how to
include the categories when it prints.  Any ideas?
