When I click on my Calendar in Outlook 2003, all I get is a grid-style list of calendar items. It is perhaps decent enough that they can be sorted in date order, but I hardly know how to get by without my week and month views. Can anyone describe how to do this?

When we are viewing vacation schedules entered into the outlook calendar, the schedules change from one person to the next. Sometimes an event that's entered as an all day event on Friday, spans into Saturday

Hi, I am using the 1 day events view and I understand from a manual that I am reading that, I should be able to display all day event buttons , as grey buttons at the top of the 1-day calendar field and specific events displayed throughout the day on a white background

When I delete a recurring appointment from my calendar (MS Outlook 2003), it deletes all of the past occurances as well as the future ones. I would like to have the option of retaining the past appointments as a record of my time spent. Is there a way to set this option?

Like the Inbox which has a number in parenthesis which indicates unread messages, the Calendar has a number also in parenthesis which indicates calendar items added to your calendar which have not been opened/closed. You can right-click on Calendar and choose "Mark All As

We have 2 PCs and 1 lap and we are not on server but have shared drive and would like calendars (or at least one calendar) available on shared drive for all 3 users to see. Is this possible?
