I have five calendars from Other calendars checked to display. When I switch over to the inbox and come back to calendars, I have to check them all off again. How do I change the default to always open these calendars?

I would like to print a day of my calendar that includes all of that days events and at least the subject and the categories I have assigned to each event. I went throug the help menu, but couldn't find anything on how to include the categories when it prints. Any ideas?

We have Outlook 2003 runnig on client Pc, connected to SBS 2003 std edition with exchange 2003 sp2. If we add a appointment to the calender via the client, it adds it to the mailbox calender. BUT will not sync the appointment with a mobile device

I may be wrong, but it would seem that if I reset my calendar customization, all of my recurring appointments suddenly go from being 1 day (24 hrs) to an extra day. So they automatically configure themselves to start on the original date and then extend to the following day. It ...

Does anyone know how to change the default end time for a meeting from one half an hour to an hour? I don't want to have to keep changing the end time. (I only wish my meetings were half an hour). :)

Each family member has a separate login account on our home PC. For some reason, my Calendar also shows up in my daughter's Outlook (we basically have the same Calendar). My Calendar doesn't show up in any other family member's Outlook.
