I schedule a meeting for 1pm but my invitees receive it as 12pm. The reply back to me to accept is 1pm. The confusion is they think it is 12 and I asume they think it is 1pm. Why is this happening?

We use the calendar - but on the weekly view, the Saturday and Sunday are smaller and that is when we need them to hold more information. We are usiing Outlook - I guess the latest version. ----------------

When imported, an Outlook 2003 calendar created in daylight savings time reverts to eastern time. My PC running Windows XP; importing from Windows 2000. Clock and calendar time settings all correct.

Lately, every time I allow an update for Outlook my appointments are changed from "all day events" to events with start and end times, and they usually span more days than they originally did. Any ideas how this can be stopped..!!!
