All Help instructions were followed, "include items that say Do Not AutoArchive" is selected, so it should get everything. It runs the archive, but the old items still stay in the Calendar. Kind of defeats the purpose of archiving.

I have a user that can open events in other user's calendar but not her own Calendar. I have archived her mail to reduce size and reset her folders in Outlook. Still can not open events in her Calendar.

there is no scroll bar in any outlook appointment, so when the text is long i have to use the arrow keys to scroll down rather than the convenient way of grabbing a scroll bar. how do i get the scroll bar there?
