We share calendars which works fine but what i really want to allow is access
to view appointments without the ability to open the individual items.
I can't fins any combination of access that allows this which is surprising
as i would have thought this would be a common ...

I dont know why but my calendar seems to be really messed up. WHen I put a
appointment or something in the calendar a pop up box says, "The Reminder for
(XXXXX)which is the subject,, will not appear becuase the item is not in your
calendar or tasks folder. Is this ok.

I imported messages and mail accounts from Outlook Express 6 into Outlook
2003. The Calender in Outlook was blank after that and I can't find it. I

eI "lost" the 2 month calendar shown on the right side of the screen. It was

How do I display current week as first line in monthly calendar, instead of
first week of month?

Is there a way to set up a recurring meeting every second and fourth Thursday
of every month without having to set up two different meetings using the
monthly occurrence (i.e. one for the second Thursday of each month and one
for the fourth Thursday of each month)?

It won't show up on the calendar the appointment I've just made?  When I go
to advance find it shows up there but not on the calendar.  We have 15 people
using the same calendar and some people may have appointments at the same

I'm using OutlookXP (Outlook2003) SP2, with all MS updates as far as I know.
When I enter a calender appointment like below, the reminder-alarm
quits...that is, it doesn't go off at all.

I can't seem to find anywhere in outlook to change my view on my calenders.
It is only displaying for the month 05/06 etc. instead of Saturday May 05.
How do you change this?
