When exporting calendar, no folder options are displayed05 May 2006 22:56 GMT1
Outlook 2003 Calendars... OK, I have exported calendars to Excel before -
every semester in fact. But now!!!
I am looking at my calendar. I click File > Import and Export > Export to a
file > Microsoft Excel > and nothing - no list of folders to export from. In

Could anyone tell me if it's possible to manage multiple calendars in one
screen with the 2002 version of Outlook as it's possible with the 2003 one?

In my scenario, i have two exchange servers in two different domains and
forests. The two companies joined in one building now work together very
close. The actual problem is: how can people of one company access calendars
in the other company?

I would like to be able to set up a meeting that happens each month, but on
random days -- not always Mondays, etc.  Is there any way to specify dates
without creating a new meeting for each and every date?

We have 3 users on our XP set up. When receiving invites from the internet, 2
receive emails whilst the other gets an invite.  I can't see any difference
in the set up.

I mark reminder for a meeting that takes whole day.
I have marked the checkbox "whole day" I dont know if "whole day" is
the right word, i have a swedish version.
Then the reminder goes of in the middle of the night.

I manage an office with several users, and we using exchange.  We can share
calendars, but I need to be able to print everyone's schedule on the same
calendar?  How do I do this?

Is the Outlook Calendar available along with Outlook email in a Blackberry or
similar PDA?  An archive folder would probably not be available unless one
had synched it with the archive folder on the home or office PC, right?

When I schedule appointments in Outlook and then view them in the web version
the appointments shift by one hour. I have tried changing settings in time
zone area to reflect daylight savings and this does not help. As far as I can
tell all time settings are correct.

Rugby match, French A-level exam, End of Term, etc.), viewed using Outlook
Web Access on our Intranet.  We also produce a printed Homework diary that
holds the same calendar  information.

I have my PC configured for British Summer Time, i.e. GMT+1 (using GMT
as base time with "automatically adjust clock for daylight savings"
selected), when I send out a meeting schedule from Outlook, it puts a 1
hour error in the meeting time email.
