When I schedule appointments in Outlook and then view them in the web version
the appointments shift by one hour. I have tried changing settings in time
zone area to reflect daylight savings and this does not help. As far as I can
tell all time settings are correct.

I used Outook calendar and note the time of each of my meeting.
I am very interested to know how long time i used with some of my customer,
per month, per year...
Then, I could define if i waste my time my some of them...

We have a shared School calendar which we populate with all our events (u15
Rugby match, French A-level exam, End of Term, etc.), viewed using Outlook
Web Access on our Intranet.  We also produce a printed Homework diary that
holds the same calendar  information.

I have my PC configured for British Summer Time, i.e. GMT+1 (using GMT
as base time with "automatically adjust clock for daylight savings"
selected), when I send out a meeting schedule from Outlook, it puts a 1
hour error in the meeting time email.

Right im now totally stuck basically ive been trying to share a
calender with all users able to read but only two users able to add to
the calender, so i set up the permissions on the share and all seemed
fined. But nope its no good all users can add info onto the calender

OK this is maddening because it should be so simple.  I am trying to create
a Calendar in the root of All Public Folders.  I click File/New/Folder,
select All Public Folders, type the name and select Appointment Items as the
"contains" type and it errors with:

I have a lab calendar that I would like for others to be able to see. How can
I do that? There seems to be no way to share a calendar other than your main
one even though there is a sharing tab on the properties for the lab calendar.
