In Outlook 2003 the reminder default for events is 18 hours. I want it to be 0 hours. If I forget to change it when I set the event on the Calendar, I get an alert I do not want at 18 hrs. ahead of the date. I can't find out how to reset the default to make it act like it did ...

The "To-DO Bar" is presently on the Mail view. Need to be able to have it on Calendar view - like previous Outlook versions. Or at least have mini calendar and tasks on a right pane. ----------------

I need to set up reminders to do something every 2 hours and I need this for several days. Is there some sort of "copy and paste" I can do, rather than manually imputting the reminder every two hours on every day?

Seems many of us have the same problem. I need to designate a Microsoft exchange email account as default for mail delivery. As I understand this is the only way mail can be kept on the exchange server so that it can be seen from multiple locations.

Wanted to know if is possible to have Outlook display a future date in each daily block. For example, if I displayed a month calendar,for each daily block I would like to also have a date calculated(and displayed) as current date + 330 days.

Our management currently uses calendar creator to print calendars. We are moving them over to outlook. They like to print the calendar 3 weeks on each page. Is there a way to do this in outlook? or an addin that will let us? Thanks

A user has two shared calendars and the time scale is set to 15 minutes. but every now and then, when she changes from mail to calendar, the calendars default back to 30 min time intervals. Anyone know why? She has recently been given access to a mailbox of one of the shared
