When trying to change calendar view or add new appointment within calendar or access contacts or other outlook functions, outlook shuts down and requests an error report. Why and how do I correct this?

We have Outlook 2002 SP3. When we change the time or location to an existing meeting and click on Send Update - all recipients get a cancelation notice and then an Update meeting. This is causing great confusion and frustration for our users.

Reminder appears 5 minutes after set time. If the reminder is set at 2:00, the reminder comes on at 2:05. System clock is okay, time zone is okay, daylight savings time is turned on.

one format of outlook I used over the years would have bars if the event went over numerous days. For instance a week long vacation would have a block from monday to friday titled vacation. Now in Outlook 2002 i have one block every day that sys vacation.

The shared calendar view, allowing you to view many users' calendars side by side, is useful except when viewing multple days at a time (eg. an entire work week). Then it shows the days grouped by user (ie. MTWThF for user A, then the same for user B). It would be more helpful ...

When I send a meeting request or appointment the attendees have noted that it does not appear in their calendar and all they get is an email with a lot of gibberish in it. As the sender I get a clear entry in my calendar.
