Others are able to view my calendar details when scheduling a meeting. When they scroll over the free/busy times, the detail of each meeting is viewable. I don't want this to be viewable. I don't have any boxes checked that shouldn't be in the Options section. I don't want to ...

When I check a calendar in "My Calendar" the words above the calendar displayed are "Calendar". When I check a calendar in "Other Calendar" the name of the calendar is displayed in a better fashion by showing the name.

Meeting invites automatically appear on my calendar before I have acted on them. If I accept, they stay there and if I deny they go away, but I would like to prevent them from going into the time/day slot by default as soon as it arrives to my inbox. I am using Outlook 2003.

Since I've ugraded to 2003 I cannot import a previous calendar. I get the screen that says select the folder to import from, shich contains Personal folder sith a sub folder of Deleted items. This doesn't make sense, since I want to import a calendar.

We used to use Intellisynch to sych outlook calender with msn calender. Intellisynch is not supported w/XP Prof and Outlook 2003. We have installed MS Outlook live. I can get the email to synch but not the calenders. I can't even copy and paste. Any suggestions will be ...
