my reminder in outlook isn' marked by default

We want to be able to block others in the company from viewing a calendar so
that they are unable to schedule meetings for a particular individual.  
I did go into Tools, Options, Calendar Options, Free/Busy Options, made
change to # of months to publish (changed it to 0), but ...

I can no longer add items to my calendar:  I get the error message:  
"Could not save item.  Could not complete the operation.  One or more
parameter values are not valid."

When my Outlook 2000 calendar was imported onto my new computer, the calendar
was created as Calendar1.  How do I get this to be the default calendar, or
else transfer all my appointments to the default calendar?  The default
calendar is the only one that will work for reminders.

I recently installed Outlook 2003 running on Windows XP, but when I tried to
provide access to the Calendar to others on my office LAN, the "share" option
was "grayed out". Is there a setting issue here and how do I correct it so
others can use my Calendar.

Outlook needs to have native support for common or group calendaring for
those of us without Exchange Servers, like home users with 2-3 [networked]
PC's (or 1 PC with multiple users/profiles) who want to have all users work
on one common calendar for Dr's appt's, Kids activities, ...

I am a consultant and travel across time zones routinely to different job

My screen's resolution is 1440 x 900, and wish to look at 3 weeks in
the default view of the work week. Currently I have configured it to

Im wondering if you can default multiple calendars in outlook 2003, so that
when you open you calendar, you do not have to select the users that you have
permission to view their calenders.  As everytime we switch off outlook 2003

I am a freelance musician. My monthly schedule is constantly changing.
I like to be able to look in Outlook 2003 and see my month at a glance
to know if I can accept gigs when people call. The problem is that

When I open an appointment time in Outlook calendar I would like to have a
template in the notes section.  Is that possible?

It consistently crashes. Every time. I can't get a new appointment into my
calendar. And i can't go back to Outlook 2003 because it can't find a DLL
file that didn't exist on the original installation anyway.

The Save as web page function has such limited capabilities, is there

I just switched offices, now all of my preset "locations" in my appointments
are obselete.  How can I remove them?
