When I enter a new appointment into Calendar, I would like to notify
co-workers of this, but the only means of doing this that I know of is to use
the Invite Atendees, which asks them to Accept or Decline, and confuses them
because they can't distinguish from an actual Invite, ...

I'm trying to get rid of the small navigational calendar's in the top left
corner above the title folder list.
How do I do that.

My mobile PC  8125 down't allow me to sync ny calendar with my  Windows XP  
desk pc. I can't back-up my information to my desk top. Quite frustrating,
especially if the Mobile loses info.

I have a user that cannot receive invites to meetings. She is able to invite
