I have a user that is being sent meeting requests however, he is not receiving them. I can look at the sender's meeting request and see that he has been added as an attendee, but when I look at his calendar or inbox it is not there.

The CEO of our company uses Outlook from Office XP. He uses the calendar feature to schedule just about everything, the problem is that the appointments no longer are there after lets say 6 months. How do I keep the appointments as a history and not have outlook delete them?

When printing calendars in Outlook, the meeting title is cut off. You should have an option in the print menu to wrap the meeting title so it can be viewed fully on paper.

On my Yahoo calendar I can import sports team schedules, like the games of my beloved Washington Huskies. The only way I know to do that in Outlook2003 is to buy a download from a third party. ----------------
