I would like to receive a reminder for appts that are scheduled on my
additional calendars but when I Save and Close it tells me that the item
isn't in my Calendar or Tasks.  is there a way around this?

A new user has "No Information" showing when anyone tries to check her

My calendar size is unmanagable size. I want to auto delete attachments sent
to me as part of the meeting request. Preferably AFTER the meeting has taken
place.
Say - auto delete after 60 or 30 days would work too.

I'm trying to set up one of our users with Outlook and Exchange 2003.  For
some reason, even though the work offline option in Outlook is not checked,
it still says that it can't find the server because Outlook is offline.
They are connected to the internet and can access web pages. ...

is haing problems syncronising a Blackberry and there is an error on calander
entry 749, is there anyway to find out what entry this is?

I handle a division of 35 people, and schedule vacation days, sick days, etc.
in Outlook Calendar, scheduled as "all day" events.  The people I share my
calendar with cannot see more than 6 or 7 "lines" of events at a time...I
gets lots of disgruntled people letting me know I ...

I have a hotmail account and don't want to use the email feature of MS
Outlook.   How do I set Outlook up with out setting up email accounts?

There are no permissions setup in Outlook 2003 Calendar, yet people can view
my calendar.
How can you deny permission, when it was never given?

The calendar I just created starts in jan 2005. I cannot find help on this
