We are trying to synchronize our CRM system based on mySQL with
outlook. The idea is to send an eMail from mySQL with an invitation
(iCal) to outlook and the user shall accept or decline the suggestion
in his normal way.

I have created a local PST mirrored on folders on server account. I mean
Inbox->Inbox and sentitems ->sent items. Likewise, Calendar folder on my PST
has new calendar events/invites that were sent post creating PST.
How do I move the periodic calendar events/invites that were sent ...

I tried tools> Options and Advanced options to put the reminders notice on
but when I add an appoinment and try to save it with a reminder. I receive
the error message:The reminder will not appear because the item is not in
your calendar or tasks folder.

Outlook 2007 Beta keeps restarting when I print calendar I want to cry. It
used to print till about 4 weeks ago. When will we have a repair of some kind?

We do have a problem that all user can eachother modify the calendar rights.
All useres are common domain members and no changes (rights) are donne on the
exchange server.
Clients are using Outlook2003. Server is SBS2003.

When I open Outlook,  I would like the calendar to open rather than e-mail.  
Is there a way to accomplish this?

Our admin often needs to schedule meetings that include a non-employee board
member who is NOT on our network.  Is there a way for him to publicly share
his Outlook Calendar info to "outsiders"?  She doesn't need to edit his
calendar, just view to check his availability before ...

With calenders everything is geared towards business or purchasing extra
software.  
It would be excellent, if Microsoft included some of this software as
standard.  So us home users could easily share or synchronise our Calenders

I like to establish a group or public calender so that 8 people in my
department can manage resources better.  This public or central calender's
sole purpose is to keep track of each individual's sick, vacation, and time

I need to set up work HOURS for for Mon, Wed and Fri and then another set of
work hours for Tue and thurs to be viewed to show I am busy - rather than
place mutiple calendar events to show longer and then shorter hours for the
various work week.
