Is there a way to open a user created calendar from another user's PC? I can open their default calendar with the appropriate permissions. But when I give permissions to the user created calendar I cannot open it on the remote user's PC.

I was tracking office appointments and I went to "find" and entered a patient's name. It changed the view of the whole calendar and I don't know how to fix it. Please help!

Can I e-mail this monthly calendars so that somebody views it and add text or share it. To me file extention .ics cannot be viewed by somebody else. Please let me know how to share this calendar

I have a list of birthdays set up as recurring annual events. How do I get a date sorted list? Sorting by "recurrence" does an alphabetic sort of the text describing it thus "every April 14" comes BEFORE "every January 2" Thanks,

I set a date in my MS Outlook calendar a few weeks ago. However every time I start Outlook it comes up with the reminder about this calendar date even though I think the date has been deleted in the calandar. If you press dismiss it will say 'Cannot turn off the reminder. You may ...

It is ridiculous when I'm told by a support tech (as I did just while ago) that MSN Explorer can not support MS Outlook 2003! My problem was not only NOT rsolved, but to add insult to injury I waited for this man's supervisor for 15 minutes with NO result.

Finding cutting & pasting DECLINED meetings annoying. Once DECLINED it is gone to the great void, so I have to cut & paste back into the calendar from the SENT items (if I remember and not approached to do something else at same time); as the boss wants to know when he is away ...

Somehow my Outlook Calendar view changed when I clicked on "Look For" to locate all the appointments with a certain client. I can't get back to the normal view for calendar. I now see a sequential view of appointments with the headers: Subject / Location / Start / End

I have just set up a user's calendar to appear in their secretary's "Other Calendar" pane. Everything seemed to go as normal but it is appearing in their "My Clndar" with the heading "Mailbox - boss's calendar" - i have obviously ticked somewhere i should not have but can't find ...

Presently calendar shows Monday as the first day of the week and Sat & Sun as the last. I would like to start Sat & Sun as the first days of the week is this possible and if so where are those settings??
