I want to be able to send out an email with information about a meeting, and inside the email have a button that says "ADD TO CALENDAR" on which they can press and open a calendar invite. I have seen other emails with this option, but I don't know how they did this...

I used to coordinate my office calendar with my home calendar through netfolders, but now that i upgraded to outlook 2003, it seems they have gone. Is this feature gone?

I changed the time zone on my computer (I moved to a new time zone), and found that all of my all-day appointments now span two days. My first impulse was to change the time zone back, but now I have some appointments showing the two-day span, while others are correct.

I clicked on something by accident and the little calendars on the right hand side of my Calendar view in Outlook 2000 disappeared. I've tried everything I can think of to get them back to no avail - but I did discover that those little calendars are called date navigator. ...

I love the fact that Categories are colored, with so many colors to choose from also! I have noticed that if I make a category with no color association and have an item associated with that category and another category that is colored, on the appointment (in day and week view) ...

I have Outlook 200 and would like to know how I can change the color of appointments and meetings. I have looked everywhere and can't find how to do it.

Up until about early June I had the "Save" button (disk symbol) in the task bar. Now if I want to save a detailed calender entry I hit the red X like I want to cancel and the system asks if I want to save my entry. Then I choose "yes" and it is saved.

In Outlook 2003, the calidar can show the number of week. but the font size of the" week" is really too small to read and I can't find where to change the size of the font. Does somebody can help find a soulation for this?
