Thanks for reading this post. I want to at times append some of my emails to the calendar and at a glance view the dates to which emails had been appended. Is this possible?

When using Outlook 2002 (Office XP) - when I go to Calendar - there are little calendars (8 months to be exact) that show up on the right side of the pane. Is there a way to change the font on these calendars?

I always book meetings across multiple time zones. Does anyone know how to get the time for the meeting in each of the time zones into calendar message automatically? for example: if I send a meeting invite from Melbourne to Perth and Adelaide the times will all be different - ...

I do not understand why there is not a function to allow declined meetings to be displayed on my calendar. Frequently you decline a meeting because of something else. The something else changes, but you no longer even know that the meeting you declined is occurring.

My wife and I each have our own machines on a local network and each machine is running Outlook 2003 in stand alone mode. I would like to be able to view her calendar and have her view my calendar. We both usually leave Outlook running all the time and therefore we can not just ...

I would like to "force" Outlook2003 SP2 to use the "1week" view when displaying the calendar and not defaulting to the "1day" view. Is there any registry key I can manipulate to achive this result ? Simone

I am in charge of a sharepoint, and I found out that I can have a link in the sharepoint to shared outlook calendar. I know how to send a sharepoing calendar to outlook, but I cannot find out to link an outlook calendar to the sharepoint.

When I create an appointment item in Outlook a can connect contact items with the button on the bottom of the screen, even contacts that don't have an email address can be choosen there!
