I've arranged a meeting in anotherlocation with someone external to my business. Can I enter this meeting in Calendar without scheduling a resource, as the guest is not in my business and doesn't share an email. He and I are the only attendees.

The appointments I write in 2007 beta are showing up blank when opened by someone running Outlook 2003. Is there a way for me to fix this or is it a bug? Thanks.

Not all recurring appointments are regular and it's a pain if you have to create many entries for the same thing. In Amipro you get a drop down calender where you can select assorted dates at the click of a button. Why can't I do this in Outlook? This is definitely needed.
