I have a rule to move calendar item to a subfolder within mailbox. Due to this the snipper doesnt post item as tentative. I'm looking for a script to attach to calendar rule either to post tentative or mark the item as open so it would post tentative.

I have about 12 appointments that occur in the past, I can not delete. They keep showing up every time I start outlook, yet they do not exist on the calander itself. I want to permanatley delete them. I have even tried to move them to a future date to delete them, no go, any ...

a few months ago a user left our office. She was member of the secretary (together with 2 other users). When someone of the secretary sends an appointment to a normal user, and the normal uses accepts the appointment, the secretary is notified.

I use my Palm Tungsten E most of the time and transfer its information into Outlook every couple of days. I can't seem to be able to transfer my category list from my PDA into my Outlook pgm so that I can use it in Calendar and Task. Is this possible?

Can someone help me with this annoying problem? I have once pressed the find button in the calendar in outlook 2003 and now each time I start up outlook it start in the find view. How can I get the calendar to start up in the normal view.
