How do I change Saturday and Sunday from half boxes in Outlook Calendar to
Full-size boxes?

Outlook should allow you to create and send an email for delivery at a future
date of your choosing.  My example would be that today, April 25th, I could
send an email to myself that I would choose to be delivered to my inbox on
December 11th, my Dad's birthday, reminding me to ...

I'm new to figuring out Tasks (etc).
Today is Thursday 7/27/06. I entered a Task this morning and gave it a Start
date of 8/1/06 and a Due date of 8/3/06.
If I go into Calendar and tell it to also show me TaskPad (View - TaskPad)

I have a user who is insisting that she used to be able to print 2 calendars
on one page.  She is using a 1 day view, and wants to print the one day view
of 2 different calendars on one page.  Is this possible?

I tried accessing archived files in Outlook (File > Open > Outlook Data
File).  It says there are 33,745 KB, but nothing shows up.  I want to find
calendar entries that have been archived.  Can you help me?

I need to have a monthly calendar printed to Adobe Acrobat each month.  When
I bring up the Outlook calandar and print it to paper the grid lines print
fine.  When I print it to Adobe only about a 3rd of the horizontal grid lines

I do not use categories to separate my calendar events. It is too cumbersome
and not time efficient. I need to make an appt, label it and be done. You
currently allow users to add/create categories that do not exist, but not
labels. Most of us who use Outlook for personal as well ...

When I am sending out a meeting request, is there a way that I can look at
others schedule first, so I know when they're busy?
To me, it seems like when I am making a meeting and I click invite, I add
the invitee and  then I should be able to click "Scheduling" and my "booked

Meeting requests are accepted automatically when email is opened by the
invited attendee and then double booked when the user
accepts the meeting. I have tried unchecking the box in the tools, options,

If a recurring meeting is rescheduled or revised to have a new phone number,
then I accept the new schedule.  I now have a double entry for the remaining
meetings of the first schedule.  When I delete the original meeting schedule,

I have many meetings that occur on Wednesday one week then Thursday 3 weeks
later, then Monday 2 weeks later, etc.  I have no problem with any normal
repetition, but haven't figured this out yet.  I have Outlook 2003, and we
are on an Exchange server.

When I try to publish my calendar to iCAL exchange, I recieve the following
error
"Failed to publish the calendar "abc". There was a problem uploading the
file to the server. Error parsing server's file property response".

Is it possible to view multiple calendars overlaid, one on top of the other?
