Does anyone know how to make a reminder in wich the recurrence pattern would
be more than a year apart? For example, a reminder every 2 years?

Sending meeting invitations within an organisation is normal practice.  Is it
possible to send meeting invites organisation to organisation?  What about
Outlook user to Lotus Notes user?  How does it work if they are not on the
same server and are they as robust as internally ...

I send meeting invites on my manager's behalf and he doesn't want to get all
the responses, but rather just have them sent to me.  I am set up as a
delegate now and both he and I get all meeting responses.  Can I set it up so
ONLY I get them and he does not?

I am looking to export another calendar to a spreadsheet.  I have added
that account to my profile, but when i go to export, that account
doesn't show up as being able to export from it.  I gave myself
permissions on the account mailbox itself.
