I'm sure this is a simple task, but I just haven't seen where to do it. I
want to set up the location drop-down list that's used when you create a
meeting in outlook calendar with a list of meeting rooms. I'm using exchange
2003 and office 2003. Any help would be great

I use my calendar as a to do list. When I enter items I would like the
default color to be white so that my availability shows as free.

Problem:  I have exchange 2k3 running on Win2k AD.  If user A sends a
meeting request to user B, both user B and user C receive the request
in their inbox.User C is a delegate for user B.
I have off-line defrag'd, repaired, integrity checked the exchange MDBs

Office Small Business 2003--I dutifully block the senders of email in Outlook
before permanently deleting the messages, but since these nasty people keep
changing emails, this appears to accomplish nothing other than clogging my
"Blocked Sender" list.

Two things that I am becoming increasingly frustrated with in Outlook 2003:
1)  I am unable to display the date navigator calendars in any way other
than side-by-side.  I can resize the navigation pane horizontally, but don't
seem to be able to do anything vertically.

For some unknown reason I can my calendar doesn't save my appointments at
time of input.  "Microsoft Office Outlook"
                     "Couldnot save item"
                              "OK"
