Is there any way to configure Outlook so that certain people can see exact contents of the calendar and other people can be able to see only "busy" no contents. My department does not want to let every body know who has meeting with whom. Especially on the top level.

When I enter a time in my handheld device (Blackberry 7100i) in Calendar mode and then synchronize to Outlook's calendar, the time is 1 hour earlier in Outlook than what I entered in my handheld. Both the handheld and Outlook are setup on the same time zone. ?? Thanks!!

We have noticed that some mtg and such that we put on our calendar in June 2007 and beyond does not show up both when set to busy on the appointment. This is true on all of our calendars. Does anyone know why?
