A great new feature in OL 2007 allows you to enter the time in a time zone
instead of doing all the mental conversions.  What is missing is to be able
to print a day/week/month with the appointment times adjusted relative to a

I can update contracts but the IPOD will not update calendar.

Is there any way, that 4/5 people can add appointments to their personal
calendar and it will update straight away to a shared public folder?

I would like to transfer multiple appointments from my Outlook calendar to
another computer via email.  While I have an Outlook, the other computer is
on a college network.  I have tried just emailing, but the details do not
come through.

A user receives an error when accepting an appointment and also when someone

Is there any way to configure Outlook so that certain people can see exact

contents. My department does not want to let  every body know who has meeting

It would be nice if we had the possibility to set the out off the office
inside an calendar event. (I.e. I book my vacation for a week in my calendar
and I set the out off office flag. Between those days, the out off office

I have to share my outlook calendar with fellow employees, but i dont want

When I enter a time in my handheld device (Blackberry 7100i) in Calendar mode
and then synchronize to Outlook's calendar, the time is 1 hour earlier in
Outlook than what I entered in my handheld.  Both the handheld and Outlook

We have noticed that some mtg and such that we put on our calendar in June
2007 and beyond does not show up both when set to busy on the appointment.
This is true on all of our calendars.
