Is there a way to change the a.m./p.m. format on the Outlook calendar to the
24 hour format (called military or univeral military <UMT>) time?

Why when emailing appointments come out as text when recieved.

I am taking the training for out look calendar. It tells me to click on
Invite attendees on the standard toolbar.
I cannot see the button anywhere in outlook I am using out look 2003

I need to schedule a recurring meeting, but the meeting does not occur at
frequent intervals.
Eg: I need to schedule a meeting on 24th July between 2 and 3 PM and the
meeting continues on 26th July between 10 AM to 11 AM.

When I open my calendar, it shows a list of appointments rather than showing
a one-month calendar with appointments on particular days, which is what I
prefer and what I used to get automatically.  Something changed last week,
and I want to go back.  What can I do?

When I click "Calendar" in the navigation pane, the contents of the default
Outlook calendar folder is shown. But I want to make an additional calendar
folder (created by me) the default calendar folder in order to view its
contents as I click "Calendar" in the navigation pane.

I like to use color codes for my appointments in outlook. However when I sync
my Pocket PC with my computer I can not get the color coded appointments.
Does anyone know how to do this? I us the Sprint Pocket pc 6700.

We are in the process of upgrading our mail clients from Outlook 2002 to
Outlook 2003.  For some reason Mozilla and Thunderbird don't recognize event
invitations from Outlook 2003 as such - e.g. you can't see the .ics file
attachment nor the body of the message, just the subject ...

I have a client who is using Outlook2k3 in a SBS2K domain, is there a way to
change her default calendar to the company wide calendar not the personel one
that is the default.

I have my OL calendar scale to 10min breakdown. But only the main hour
displays on the left hand side i.e. 8am and then ten lines till 9am. Is there
a way to have it display 8am, then 8:10am, 8:20am etc?

How do I get my Groupwise 7.0 to synchronize with my Outlook 2000?

I use my calendar for business purposes only and I would like to remove the
time blocks which represent hours I am not in the office (12:00am - 8:00am
and 5:00pm - 11:30pm) from the calendar.  How do I do this?

I've named a range on the Excel document, but when I try to import it gives
me an error message that tells me I need to name a range.
