I have a user that was having problems syncing his smart phone. He had a bunch of reminders up that he snoozed, then rebooted his pc. When he logged back in, he was able to sync his phone but now he gets no reminders. None of the settings in Outlook changed.

I have been asked to modify the default of 2 months of Free/Busy information that is published to 12 months for all Exchange users. We have approx. 600 users on one clustered Exchange 2003 mailbox server. Are there any implications of making such a change?

I recently upgraded to Office 2007 Beta 2, foolishly without first backing up my Outlook PST files. However the upgrade seems to have killed all my old calendar items. (They're neither in the main Calendar nor the Archive Calendar.)
